The very highest German quality!!!
In terms of quality, these pressure cookers are the best of the best! The build quality is superb. The day in, day out performance is guaranteed! I bought one of these for my wife 5 years ago. She's South American and has used pressure cookers her whole life, for pulses, meats, roots etc. She has been blown away since her very first use. She had never used one so sturdy and high quality and 5 years later, it looks like new! Quality piece of cookware that you will only ever need to buy once!

Good quality
The product is good quality, cooks our meals very quickly and is delicious. However, there is a problem with the lid, it is very difficult to close it.

Poor Quality Control and Terrible Customer Service - Look Elsewhere**
I purchased this pressure cooker expecting premium quality given the price point - approximately 3-4 times more expensive than comparable models. Unfortunately, this has been one of my worst kitchen appliance purchases. **Product Issues:** The handle components broke after minimal use, which is completely unacceptable for a product at this price range. When you're paying premium prices, you expect premium durability. **Customer Service Disaster:** What makes this experience even more frustrating is the terrible customer service response time. I submitted a support ticket through their website and received a ticket number, but it's been 7 days with absolutely no response or follow-up. Getting a ticket number means nothing if no one actually addresses the issue. For a company charging luxury prices, leaving customers waiting a week without any communication is completely unacceptable. **No UK Support:** To make matters worse, they don't provide proper UK customer service support, leaving customers stranded when issues arise. **Bottom Line:** Save your money and buy from a company that stands behind their products. The combination of poor build quality and non-existent customer support makes this an easy product to avoid. There are many reliable pressure cooker brands that offer better value and actually respond to their customers within a reasonable timeframe.

A little expensive
The pressure cooker turned out to be very good and is well-suited for induction stovetops. It cooks meat in about 20 minutes and chickpeas in around 35 minutes.
