Khaki Bib and Brace Dungarees (XLarge)

Fine for the garden etc. Size wise I have a 34inch waist , I wanted plenty of room so ordered 40 inch (large) but they are a bit snug because of the bib. Wanted to be able to wear a big jumper. So really could have done with 42 or 44.

I did some research on workwear for women, and it seems that even those advertised for women weren't really, so went for these.legs and trunk a little long (I am 5'3"!), but these can be altered with a sewing machine.The straps slide out of the clasps, so I have had to knot those (as I clearly don't have the knack).I went for a large (I have 45" hips). They do fasten but might be snug with anything bulky underneath.Have a fly and gaps at the hips with a button fastening, so you do need to where something under them, but hopefully they will save me ruining other clothes whilst redecorating etc.

These are great and have solved one of my biggest embarrassment of doing DIY and Gardening. Say goodbye for ever to “Builders Bum” you can bend over grovel in a tight space and generally get down and dirty with out the fear of displaying your posterior to the world ! they are a great fit and can slip over your trousers or shorts when doing a quick job. The only issue are the toggles. The ones on the Bib fell off after a few uses as a previous reviewer mentioned but it was a small job to sew a button on instead. The other is the single press stud that holds the over generous fly together. It isn’t a problem if your wearing shorts or other trousers underneath …..if your not and in summer your likely to not, then you can get rather a breeze in your nether regions so bewareOver all I would highly recommend them and I am buying another pair

... stitching on the front pockets and, especially the buttonholes at the hips is weak.I've had two pairs of these: where one pair as described above.While not a large sample by which to assess quality, it does represent around 50% failure rate.Nonetheless, I have the coat to go with the overalls, and this is great: robust, durable, comfortable and not too warm.One perfect coat, one perfect pair of overalls and a slightly iffy second pair of overalls ... could mean that I was unlucky with just one queer pair of overalls ... overall!Otherwise a really good product.

I echo the sentiments of the other reviewers on here! I bought my bib-and-brace overalls for the primary reason to make up a part of a Land Army Girls outfit. These are proper, well made, UK made overalls, with proper buckles for the straps to fit on to too. Nice large pockets to access your trousers also. I'm size 16-18 and 5ft 9", bought the XL size which fits me perfectly. I searched the web high and low for overalls for my outfit and didn't find anything to my satisfaction until I found this sellers products. Brilliant and hits the nail right on the head! This is your one-stop shop for Land Army Girls overalls. Super!Update 18th Sept 19: Handy Tip!------A handy tip for any gal out there thinking of purchasing these overalls. They are brilliant - however, if you're like me having to climb up and down ladders, in and out of old military trucks (see photos attached😅) you may want to go a size up from what you usually buy. Because I wear trousers underneath my overalls, I find that my leg movements are restricted as a result. Walking is fine but you might want to go a size up for more wiggle room if you have trousers on underneath. If I ever need to purchase new overalls, I know I'll do this next time round 👍---------At the events I have attended dressed up, I have had many people asking if they could take photos of me in front of my dads military vehicles. Of course they can! I've had lots of positive feedback, and it's brilliant. I have really enjoyed dressing the part, and the overalls are a key part of that outfit. Super.I've also had plenty of people asking where I bought my overalls from and I have directed them to this seller. I've never come across these overalls anywhere else for sale 👍10/10

Love the old fashionable ness of these overalls. They are thick enough to keep anything from soaking through (to a degree), have good straps and locks; good deep pockets and generally look the business. Although, I would order a size up if I were buying again.

As overalls you need a size larger to fit. No sliders on straps so they won't stay up! you'll need to buy a set about a fiver. Otherwise good value for money

VFM is great - fits a bit too roomy but they fit well over clothes which I guess is their MO.
