## Customer Reviews

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great so great! We can't wait for a screen adaptation
*by E***H on 14 August 2024*

This is something else. The concept is incredible. I laughed, worried, and found myself rooting for and against Komo throughout. The perspectives add depth. My favourite character? the neighbour but Komo is so real.It envelops you in its world. The side plots are just…ah chef’s kiss. Kurt Von level! My boyfriend loved Momenteering too and pretends to ‘momenteer’ out of awkward scenarios now lol, we recommend this to anyone wanting something different, darkly humorous and will make you think about identity in general. Please make this into a tv show, David Lynch would be a perfect fit. Pleaseee! It’d be so good.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Not just a brilliant premise, but brilliantly executed too!
*by A***R on 2 April 2025*

It's a little like Severance, people who can afford to 'outsource' moments in their life they don't want to experience to a momenteer, kind of like a call centre worker - but rather than listening to the general public whinge ad infinitum, they live out their funerals, awkward conversations, terrible sex, etc.The main character, Komo, ends up momenteering and sees something he shouldn't have, something despicable, and the plot follows him disobeying the rules of momenteering and finding the culprit responsible.Well worth a read. I can't really say much more without spoiling it!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A superb mind-bending concept that delivers
*by S***S on 8 November 2024*

Momenteering is a superb mind-bending concept that Reekie more than delivers on. Reekie effortlessly navigates what could have been an overly convoluted story, using joyous wit and engaging, fully-formed characters. The concept confidently rubs shoulders with the likes of Charlie Kaufman and Charlie Brooker, but certain sections – particularly ‘The Diabetic’s Story’ – reminded me of the poetic beauty of the great Richard Brautigan. Reekie is a writer with immense promise. I can’t wait to see where he takes us next.
