New to the tilt board but works great!
Very sturdy and adjusts easy ! Just been using it the last few days but it looks like will help with my knees and leg muscles! Easy to move and looks well built!

Exactly what you're looking for
The quality of the product was surprisingly well crafter (Always skeptical on amazon when 30+ products all look the same). It folds up well and travels easily/stores well. Has different adjustable heights for different levels, and the friction tape is very grippy. If mine broke, which I dobt it will anytime soon, I'd buy this again.

Game changer in min 30 seconds a day
Well made! Much cheaper than ine advertised on facebook. Let me just say what a significant difference this board has made to my life. Foot drs for feet, telling me to stretch calfs. Doing it on wall or with halfmoon rocker didnt help… also had hip problems and lower back…. Used this board first 3 days and was like well!! Def feel better! After 2 weeks of just twice a day for 1 min 30 sec full hamstring stretch and 90 se each calf stretch and. No more pain at all!!! I get out of bed pain free and remain so! Much more flexibility and overall feel good! Highly recommend! Keep it out visible so when ya heating up a dindin in microwave ya get ya min 30 in! Lol
