Failure of QC
It was mild as described but tasted slightly burnt. I thought it might be just one jar but so far 6 jars are the same. Have had to mix with soy sauce to remove the burnt taste

Bottles broken and takes funny like its has expired
6 bottles broken in the pack and four has leaked. The taste is not fresh it's tastes like it has expired even though the date states other wise. This is not the first time I have ordered this shito. This is about the fourth time. Thats why I am complaining because the previous ones arrived intact and the tasted well but not this particular order. A refund or replacement will be much appreciated. Thanks

Great product but leakage due to bad packaging
I love this product but if you order it be careful that the package hasn't spent any time being upside down as when I received my product in bulk (12 jars) all of them had leaked and the smell was really potent. Oil everywhere. Great product but terrible and flawed packaging. I won't bother ordering it again unfortunately. Shame.
