I was first introduced to this steamer by my friend who happened to have it at her apartment. I was so impressed with it that I took a picture of it and bought one for myself. I am so glad I did because it has done its jobs beautifully. I have used it to steam bridesmaid and wedding gowns with effectively and efficiently. It release enough steam and is easy to control its strength depending on the material. I highly recommend it. It hasn't disappointed me. My friends appreciate it too and it has beautiful their clothes with ease. One thing I wish was different about the device is the length of the cord; I would prefer it to be a bit longer because I noticed that it was somewhat challenging to steam a big ballgown wedding dress due to the cord being too short to get around the dress. Otherwise, I am pleased by its weight, function and portability.

This does a wonderful job getting rid of wrinkles. It works especially well on linen and silk. I prefer to steam these fabrics instead of ironing them. The steamer heats up fast, has 3 heat settings and holds a good amount of water. The water does not leak. Excellent product at a reasonable price.

I prefer steaming over ironing hands down.

I purchased this steamer to take to my daughter's out of town wedding. We used it to steam multiple bridesmaid dresses as well as other clothing while on the trip. The dress fabric was a little think so we were a little concerned if it would do the job! It worked great steaming the dresses, heated up quickly and there was no "leaking" of water. It took out all the wrinkles that the dresses had. It was comfortable to handle and does not feel like some of the cheaper steamers I have used in the past. I used it to steam other outfits over the weekend and am using it a home now, as well! I would definitely recommend this clothes steamer!

I have never owned or tried a steamer before but I needed something to get the wrinkles out of these very large and heavy window curtains I bought. I was AMAZED how easy this steamer was to use and how FAST it took out all the wrinkles and made the curtains look perfect! I am so happy I bought this and now I use it for everything. I much more prefer this steamer over an iron any day!

Bought this to use for a 1-day film shoot in late 2025. It worked fine that day for the hour or 2 it was needed to de-wrinkle 4 shirts. Steamer was drained of the distilled water and carefully packed away for the next opportunity which is happening today. Went to use it this morning but the pump is no longer syphoning the water from the tank into the steamer. Ergo- it no longer makes steam. Didnt buy this anticipating it was a 1 day use disposable appliance, but alas. Disappointing.

I am delighted with this steamer! It’s just what I’ve been looking for. It heats up and is ready to use in seconds. The steam is definitely substantial. My beautiful dress arrived very wrinkled and you can see the difference in the left side (steamed) vs the right side (not steamed). I highly recommend this steamer!

When I first started using the steamer, it worked really well, but for some reason now it does this thing where steam starts coming out and then it stops and then I have to shake it for it to start coming out again, but then it immediately stops again. I’m not sure what the issue is

Faulty. Never heated up to the stage of usage. Useless.
