This thing shipped from China so it took a while to arrive, but it was worth the wait. It fits perfectly on the silver dash trim piece on my 2018 rav4, and the charger works well. The magnets are plenty strong to hold the phone, even over bumps. It's still easy enough to get the phone off without messing up the position of the mount, though. My only complaint is there's a ring around the perimeter of the charger that is lit when there's no phone mounted, which seems like it will be annoying at night.

I did not relish the notion of prying open my dashboard to install the mount for this, but a YouTube video explained the procedure clearly. (The instructions in the box DO NOT tell you how to use the enclosed pry tool.) It was very easy to assemble the rest of the unit. As soon as it was plugged in, I plopped my iPhone onto the Magsafe mount, and it held it in place securely and charged as specified. No complaints! Now, let's see how long the cheap plastic lasts...

This mount is perfect, or nearly so. Better instructions would be nice, but once you understand how to use the (included!) tool to pop off the silver dash edge, the rest is easy.The magnetic mount holds firmer than any other mount I've tried. Inductive charging works great! It holds the phone at the perfect height, not so high (like suction mounts) that it blocks the view of the road, not so low that it blocks a whole air vent or other controls. The soft blue glow of the edge of the magnetic area is a nice touch for use at night.My only complaint is they don't seem to make it for other vehicles. This one fits my wife's Rav4, but I would love one for my Jeep!

The media could not be loaded. Installation was easy as the tool to pop open the trimming was provided, magnets are strong and can hold my iPhone as well as my AirPods with stability. I gotta say, the blue light is the icing on the cake for this thing cause they didn’t need to add it but they did.

The product itself is great. Very nice phone mount if you have the specific year of Toyota Rav4 ( Mine is a 2017). The magnet is very strong and had not issues with the phone moving while driving. I tested the wireless charging by having google maps and spotify running and the charger was powerful enough to still increase the battery percentage. Only detucting one star because the packaging is a bit of a mess. The package comes with instructions for the vent mount version so you will have to google how to mount this thing or watch the video on the amazon page. The package also came with the adhesive plate that was made for the suction cup version which is useless for this product.

The bracket in the back to clip onto the dash is very very thin. It broke within a week and started rattling. Before it broke it worked very well.
