Fiber-rich superfood!
These figs are delicious, nutrient dense, and really pack in the fiber in every serving! I haven't encountered any rock hard pieces as other reviews have claimed, although they are drier than the regular supermarket figs grown in America. People must have brittle teeth! Considering these figs are from Afghanistan, the quality control is probably not as exacting as US standards. Bottom line, they are well worth it!

i like qwality, its fresh and its hard but i soak in water in night and eat in morning its verry healthi to do like this , after soaki eat its more benefit , this tric is indian ayurveda
