Recommended by a friend. Didn't think I could do it and it was hard, especially day 2 but actually ended up looking forward to the drinks. They are yum ( lemon one was the worst if I had to choose) Could believe what I lost when I weighed myself at the end. 12lb 8. Crazy results. I also feel tonnes better. I don't feel bloated anymore.

These are great tasting & work! I've done 2 of the 5 day cleanses (2 months apart) and have dropped 4-5lb each time. I am middle aged woman with about 1 stone to loose, and have found it harder to shift weight in the last few years - this is the first things that's worked in a long time. I really wasn't sure it would be for me the first time, as I am someone with a good appetite, but I found it really fine to do. I do have a coffee and a light evening meal each day, as that makes it more manageable for me, and still get results. I tried another brand who were slightly cheaper and larger bottles, but these did not make me feel full and barely lost any weight, so I will stick to nutriseed from now on. I think I will do this every few months just to know it will reset me.

Never again very watery and too sweet, no veggie juice not so nutritious and I dif not realise it is over a thousand calories, I didn't check because I believed these would be good nutrition and more balanced not all sweet!A water fast is healthier. Ending with consuming actual veggies and fruit, then getting some good protein, fats and some wholemeal carbs to actually eat and enjoy!The raising of blood sugar on an empty stomach led to me feeling hungry and I found it difficult to stick and felt hangry and lousy.Fact is you can barely lose a pound of fat in three days! - There is nothing great about these fructose filled firbreless watery juices you can buy larger bottles of the same in the supermarket and drink those they will have longer shelf life not be all sticky and you can choose better ingredients less sugar... Buy beetroot juice, carrot choose a green juice not full of apple juice.Waste of money, there are healthier ways to nourish your body and tastier ways to lose weight.I expected carrot juice, greens not minimal amounts mixed with apple juice and pear juice all watered down ...with little of the real good stuff!Never Again. Sticky bottles that leaked. Caused condensation in the fridge and you have to freeze them!Grateful to Amazon that I paid less than the Nutriseed website because, that is a total rip off.If you consume alcohol I'd forget these for health and use them with a little vodka or whisky with citrusy juice and enjoy as a cocktail.I would rather by large bottles of supermarket cold pressed juice than havec to freeze these and wait 24 hours! Or buy a juicer and make actual healthy fresh juice and put more of the good stuff in it.

These are so tasty and refreshing! Not sure about the benefits yet but they’re full of healthy fruit and veg so you’d expect them to be good for you, really enjoying them so far

I like the price and the packaging and even the taste. But the vegetable should be the main ingredient in juices, to prevent the sugar content from being too high. These are all sweet. Each bottle has about 17g of sugar. It’s too much.I won’t buy them again purely because of that.

Very effective and healthy cleanse. I must add to that that I slightly modified it by including lots of proteins (2x shakes, 1x yoghurt, seeds) to each day and thereby felt almost no hunger at all. I lost 2.1 kg within 3 days. The juices have an exquisite taste and are mostly made out of vegetables as opposed to fruits. I can highly recommend this cleanse and am very likely going to repeat it in the future.On a side note, I can see from previous reviews that a lot of clients complain about the state of the juice after a few days. I am unsure whether they froze them as per the indications. If they didn't, that would explain why they turned bad. The instructions specifically state that juices you won't consume within 24 hours need to be frozen. Make sure you remember to unfreeze your juice 24 hours prior to consuming it to avoid lingering ice in the juice. They arrived frozen in a perfect state upon delivery.

Most bottles came fine except two! One was open, this leaked! A second once defrosted has appeared to have split and undrinkable.Not the best for the price.
