Excellent and inexpensive
These are surprisingly good tongs. They have a no-pinch hinge, they lock and unlock nicely, they have just the right scoopiness — not too spoony and not too flat. And the small size is perfect for serving and stovetop cooking- I often use all three on one meal. Very pleased with the price too, though it had me worried that they might be junk. Nope, they are great.
