Good item, value for money, for loght clothes, ironing ability is as per metal irons very low noise and lightweight in use. Only downside- requires frequent refilling and have to iron post hangong the clothes else steam & watee will accumulate on surface below the clothes (i.e. iron table etc). The product is amazing! Aside from being set at a reasonable price, it’s easily transportable, makes practically no noise, and generates a significant amount of steam with a relatively low input of water. It’s perfect for travelling, or for students/people living in hostels, or other temporary settings. It’s very easy to use, and irons the clothes perfectly. The product arrived in good condition, wrapped and secured properly in a box.

I purchased the Inalsa Mini Steam Iron, but the steam stopped working soon after. I contacted customer care, and they sent a technician. To my shock, he told me the faulty part was not covered under warranty because of company policy. When I called customer care again, they repeated the same thing. I asked what is covered, and the executive said: “Apart from plastic, rubber, and glass, everything is covered.” But the product is almost 90% plastic and rubber! That means only about 10% of the iron is actually covered under warranty. This was never mentioned on Amazon’s product page. If it had been, I would never have purchased it. It feels misleading, almost like a scam. I trusted Inalsa as a good brand, but this experience has left me shocked and disheartened. I will never purchase anything from this brand again. This version is concise, structured, and highlights the key issue (misleading warranty coverage) in a way that will resonate with other buyers. Pure water from Aquaguard or tap water is best suited for ironing the shirt. Ideally, one should wear household gloves to protect hands from heat of steam which comes out of that machine. Also, ironing with steamer garment is faster than traditional ironing since it doesn't require to fold clothes for proper ironing because you can stand and iron them vertically while holding the fabric of your clothes with other hand to ensure that steam reaches the wrinkled part of the fabric to loosen them. I have also noticed that there is no water leakage during operation while holding the machine vertically up or down depending on how you want to iron it. There is no noise but you can feel little vibrations from the machine, so be careful while handling the machine with glove and don't be scared because it's only an indication that steam is coming out. It takes 2-3 minutes for water to become steam and remain steam for long time after disconnecting from power supply. Good equipment and recommending to those who want quick ironing without the need to fold clothes at all because after ironing, one can hang that cloth on hanger as usual. Also, be mindful when storing the machine to avoid any unwanted damage through accidents. My 350/- iron served me during my one year stay in hostel for little more than 1 and half year. Then I purchased this and proud of my choice of this ordering this ironing equipment.

Would have given 5 star if the iron could be repaired easily for steam holes getting blocked Worked well for more than a year, now inspite of using RO water steam holes are jammed and steam flow is very low to use the product Issue is there is no easy way to open the device to clean the holes, tried soaking the metal part in detergent, using soap to clean but not very effective iron still works but no longer a steam iron

Review after rigorous use for a month. Amazing product. I carried it while traveling for a marriage recently and it was a boon. Any cloth of any material cud be ironed in minutes....like sherwani, kurtas, ghagra choli, sarees of different materials, suits, tshirt, shirts trousers etc.. Irons fast and efficiently. Only one flip side - the water tank capacity is less. Have to refilled frequently. Can steam a crumpled kurta in one fill. It's very convenient to carry. Very happy with the product.
