Very good, my teeth have never been cleaner

I had this product for 12 months. Works great but died early. Requested company help and the needed copy of PO and video of issue. The issue was it would not charge and held a charge only for one use. They confirmed it was a battery and indicated the would send a replacement unit. That was 3 weeks ago and 7 emails later. A product is only as good as the company supplying the product. I tried to call the number they gave me but only got a VM indicating they were busy and leave a message and number and they would return the call. Not happening. Called the number 5 times in one day only to get the same recording. They indicated warehouse issue and than a very busy sale and soon I will get my unit. NOT HAPPENING it’s now going on week 4 and I ordered a new unit from a reliable company. DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT. THEY HAVE VERY POOR SUPPORT AND DONT DO WHAT THE SAY I believe Purrsmile is a china product and only distributing in US I rated this a 3 only for reading purposes
