I have trigger thumb. This device is so simple and yet performs ingeniously. It is light weight and non cumbersome and fits under my medical gloves perfectly for work. Very comfortable as well.

Fits well and keeps which ever digit you are using it on in check. Well made, strong and quite easily applied. I have this for trigger thumb on advice of the hand therapist I am seeing. For the money and as many sizes as you get in a single package, these are well worth it. This splint keeps me from bending the most distal joint of the thumb which keeps the tendon from rolling and triggering. It is helping to get the inflammation under control by isolating the movement of the thumb from the rest of the hand. The only issue I have is I wish they came in half sizes as I am exactly between to sizes for my thumb. But it is not difficult to make it work.

They work, but the edges are sharp.

These are so much better than the gloves or velcro splints for keeping my trigger fingers and thumbs from bending to the point of locking. I am able to wash my hands and do other tasks involving using water without having to remove gloves or velcro splints to keep them from getting wet. These stay in place, they're comfortable, durable, and are more sanitary to use than the gloves or velcro splints.

this keeps thumb from bending so there is no pain but, out of 5 of the "splints" only 2 will work because most are are too big. suggest changing instructions for measuring. we measured the finger that had pain. one fits well, 3 are too big and one is slightly too small. I dislike throwing something away that hasn't been used so it's imperfect, though one did work it fell off soon after we got it and its either lost in the house or the dog ate it!

The most simplest and useful device! Works great and you don't even know your wearing it. No need for big obnoxious hand braces. I use it for my trigger finger and I'm able to work with my hand without constant repetitive movement with that finger. I highly recommend this item!

I have a trigger thumb, and the summary of this product stated it would stabilize the thumb so it could heal. As soon as the product arrived, I took out what was Labeled "10" (assuming it would fit the thumb), and it immediately felt uncomfortable, the hard plastic cut into my thumb, and it still allowed my thumb to bend. I went to package labeled "9" assuming my thumb was too small for the "10". The "9" was WAY too tight so in addition to the hard plastic cutting into my thumb, it was also cutting in more, leaving red marks in my thumb. My recommendation? Scroll on. I found a MUCH better option the same night, and I can already feel the difference. You get what you pay for.

They do help fingers straighter. I used finger compression sleeves with the knuckle lock. They are not the most comfortable.

The splints are not numbered, it's a guess work. Try them all. I ordered 6,7,8,9,10 but received 5 of the same size which fits only my pinky finger. I have a mallet finger on the ring finger none of the 5 fits.
