First of all, it is already better tasting there is widely available. Aftertaste of it alone beats nearly all the competitive product in this market. Very easy to use. No chemical odor. However, what separates it from every other product in my opinion is the after effect of using it. It really does knocks you out to sleep and the sleep quality is amazing. What I like about this product is when you wake up, even with 2/3 hours of sleep, you feel completely refreshed. Which I haven’t seen in any other product with similar promise. It makes your body calm and relaxed, during the time of sleep, and also after you wake up. I would say if you are in hard-core melatonin user like me then get this version otherwise if you’re trying it for the first time, start with the lower dosage of 3 or 5 mg.

It does put you to sleep but I still wake up at 3 or 4 a.m. Wish it kept me asleep

These work great when necessary. I take two before bed when I really need to sleep. They are not as effective if you take nightly but work well if you have several days go by without using them.
