Workout Weighted Bar,Padded Exercise Weight Bar, Solid Steel Stretching weighted bar set for Body Sculpting, Physical Therapy,Body Toning (Set of 4 - 5LB, 8LB,10LB and 12LB)

The bars are padded and easy to grip. The set are makes transitioning to a heavier weighted bar easy to do.

Fits nicely in my hands with the right amount of foam and grip at reasonable price point. They should last a long time.

Great value

I added these to my chiropractic rehab practice. They have very frequent use and the foam is holding up well. I like the easy to read weight indicated as well as the squared off end caps so that they won't roll or slip while storing and using. The length is perfect for offset handholds and multiple axis of use.

These light weight bars are prefect for rehabilitation following shoulder surgery at home.
