Worked perfect! I have a 38 inch waist, weigh 225 pounds and bought the 4X size. The underwear fits great and has worked amazingly well so far. I'm very pleased with this purchase.

Will be awsome if u make sure u up size 4x fit like 2xl so get a 6x if you over 215lbs to 280lbs and about 6ft tall

Excellent circumcision protection.
Just had a circumcision for medical reasons. I wished I'd bought this before and could have worn it home. During recovery, fear of something hitting, or having something rub against me was constant. My normal underwear were uncomfortable and I walked around holding my pants and underwear away. Now? This thing is amazing. My entire backage sits in it, cradled comfortably and protected. Amazing. Highly recommend this product. Fit is wonderful. Support is excellent. Functions amazingly well. Seems to be pry durable for what it is.

I ordered a 2XL and itโs more like a medium. I understand itโs Chinese size. But at least mark it correctly!
