Only one year use, sound bar started giving issues. Waste of money.

BOX CONTENT: 1---> Soundbar 1---> Sub-woofer 2---> Satellite speakers 1---> Remote control 1---> AUX cable with 3.5mm Jack 1---> HDMI cable 1---> Screws set with wall mount set both for soundbar and satellite speakers. 1---> User Manual scan card. 1---> Warranty scan card So best part is the rear satellite units connects Wirelessly to main unit. So, these can be placed anywhere away from the main soundbar. It has all possible connectivity options i.e, HDMI eARC, Optical, Coaxial, Bluetooth, USB and AUX. After using this system for over a month, following are the observations i noted in this home theater BUILD QUALITY:- First of all, the product is exactly as shown in the description. Materials used is Metal meshing housed in High quality ABS plastic which has premium finish with piano black throughout soundbar and satellite. # Sub-woofer has Smooth matte finish which looks and feels very premium. # Soundbar has display which is sufficiently large enough to read from distance of over 8 feet and is very Handy. # Control panel is on upper center of soundbar and all the input ports are placed behind the soundbar itself. # Satellites units are amazing and adds to the overall aesthetics. But you have to provide additional power supply to it's satellite speakers # Remote control provided also has similar quality and is minimalistic. # Cable management is simple and requires no special skills to arrange. Length of each cable is aptly long. *I have used external sleeve to cover the cables and it hugely improves the overall appearance. # Overall build quality is awesome considering the price tag. SOUND QUALITY & VOLUME: -------------------------------------- # Total output 525W combined with Dolby Audio Dolby Atmos gives mind boggling output. *Total 5.1.2 speakers comes into play for entire system. # It is good enough to make a room of 750 sq.ft into Party hall. # Even at the max volume there was literally " 0 " distortion. * At the max I turn volume to 50% and its goes booming loud! Had turned 100% vol only once to test the quality, never after that I felt need to go beyond 50%. * I was not at all expecting such quality at this price tag. # Vocals are crystal clear and it also has dedicated Treble, Bass, center, and surround adjustments, which adds to the experience. # Coming to Bass, its simply AWESOME! I would rate it 7/10 for bass * There's bass control option and its tablel shaking right from lowest volume level, very apt for parties, theatre like movie experience. * Sound quality even at full bass is great, again there's NO distortion at all. *To put into perspective how good bass is, the simple news channel’s transition of articles feels cinematically dramatic. # It has 4 different EQ settings, EQ1 Movie, EQ2 Music EQ3 Newz EQ4 Sports, prebuilt which can be toggled via remote control and are very versatile and useful. # Overall sound experience is certainly way more what I expected and is certainly great. BLUETOOTH: ----------------- # It has inbuilt Bluetooth which is very handy. I don't use much via bluetooth, then TV. OTT # Its super quick to connect. # Has about 10 meters of linear range, which I found to be sufficient enough. Control Buttons & DISPLAY: ------------------------------------ # It has Mode, Track control buttons, volume control on the soundbar. # All the buttons are matt hard plastic which gives premium feel and have good tactile feedback. # Display is approx. 3 inches which is readable from distance as well. # Display notifies about all the modes volume levels Dolby surround, Dolby Atmos, EARC. OTHER FEATURES: ----------------------- # HDMI EARC port comes very handy when using system with the TV, to get full potential of the system. # Having satellite speakers wirelessly connect to system, makes them apt to place anywhere in the room, like at the back of sofa for best surround sound, or far corners of the room, or just in front of TV which is not recommended # Cable management is good too. For the total of 4 units there’s only 2 power cables, this consuming lesser electric space on board. # USB port is handy as well. It reads the pen drive and plays the songs flawlessly. # Remote control has good range and easy to operate as it has clear labelling and ample of buttons. # Sound quality via AUX cable is similarly great sounding. VERDICT: If you have budget of 20k, searching for premium home theatre, then this is it. It’s the best value for money product I have used till date w.r.t. music. Has awesome Bass, zero distortion and great sound clarity coupled with Dolby audio and 1 year of warranty, it’s the best deal to grab for in 5.1.2 channel system. Can be used with TV, PC or directly by smartphones, so there isn't anything to complain yet. (Edit) after 3 months ---> Those who facing bass problem, try keeping the sub, on table above 3/4 feet from ground level, Satellite speaker very low via Bluetooth connection, So my suggestion use only with HDMI 2.1 or Opt to get the real 5.1.2 surround sound. And satellite surround speakers are doing what they have to, not like other normal speakers that plays all sounds from it, I use this in my 55inch smart TV with dolby atmos in it, so trust me guys this home theater actually makes you feel theatre like experience. Got it day before yesterday. Firstly, the reason for buying this soundbar: I wanted to experience dolby atmos at home and got a nice 55" TV with dolby atmos support. So now its time for the sound system. I had taken the demo of LG and Samsung 3.1.2 and 5.1.2 systems in the local retail shops but this zebronics model was not available anywhere. I was very satisfied with the sound of the LG and Samsungs. But for the Zebronics, I had to take the positive feedback of some reputed Youtubers. Some of the youtubers (and also buyers) feedback were: good lower bass which can be felt, good atmos immersive effect, clear voice and mids. Plus they had wireless rears which was one of my requirements (to get proper surround). Since my room is not big, I was skeptical of getting the right atmos effect so did not want to spend a lot. I liked the sound of LG/Samsung but dedicated rears will push the price beyond 50K. I could not make up my mind for a long time. Finally on Amazon Sale day I got the 9750 at around 18500 so I decided to go for it Immediately after unboxing and setup and hearing the sound, buyers' remorse set in Following observations immediately 1. Cannot feel bass at all. Bass is there but not pleasing also feel. Songs and music also sound so flat. Now praying things will improve after burn-in. 2. When you rewind a scene and play it, there will be no sound for 1-2 seconds which is very irritating 3. System will go to standby mode if not used for sometime, even when the screen is paused. It takes around 10 secs to restart. Another irritant. 4. You cannot balance the sub and main subwoofer volumes independently Some adjustments are there but limited Surround effect is ok. But not sure if atmos effect is different from surround effect. I recall one review that the system will sound best only after 80% of its full volume. This is so true. Effects are more enjoyable at higher level. But that means neighbor's disturbance. So definitely based on room size one should buy a system. No use spending extra bucks for an atmos effect which you wont even experience. Better to invest instead on a sound signature you will love. I tried to place subwoofer at different locations as far as the cable allowed. At some locations it sounded better. Position plays a role but with wired sub, options are limited. May search for an extension cable Right now I feel I should have bought the LG 3.1.2 system for a more enjoyable sound. But I will hold my opinions for now and come back for updated review after around 40 hrs of burn in. Post burn-in review: The sound is definitely more pleasing after burn-in. The bass has magically appeared. Currently i have placed it on the table near the TV adjacent to a wall. Lower bass is there ( but not upto my full satisfaction; not the sweet bass) along with slight boomy bass. Im sure with more appropriate placement it will sound significantly better. Unfortunately I couldn't find suitable extension cable or connectors till now. The performace may not be at par with the other models u mentioned but it does a decent job at this price. If you have a separate setup for listening to music then this is acceptable. I can live with this. Added one more star.

I have past experince of using Dolby Atmos and 5.1 surround sound systems. I have Sony Bravoa 65X90K TV which is Dolby Atmos. I tested this soundbar on Netflix (higest plan) playing some Dolby Atmos and 5.1 movies. I also played Dolby Atmos and 5.1 movies on USB. I played Youtube videos of testing your Atmos soundbar. Here is what I found out- 1. Not Dolby Atmos. The Atmos speaker (placed on top of soundbar) doesn't work most of the time. Also when they do work, they don't play those part of sound which they are suppose to. Probably this soundbar can't encode Dolby Atmos. 2. Bad Rare surround speaker The rare speaker should play surround sound , not the sound which front speaker plays. Firstly, rare speaker plays some distorted sound similar to front speakers. Secondly, the volume of rare speakers are very low. Even when I played 5.1 movie, the speakers didn't deliver 5.1 surround sound. 3. Remote Control The built of remote control is very cheap. The button are very hard to press and they make sound on pressing them. Zebronics changed their remote control design in 2023 model. I received 2023 model remote. The remote is so light weighted as if it is completely hollow from inside which shows the bad quality of remote. 4. Sound Adjustment option There is option of increasing and decreasing the level of bass (woofer) , surround sound, treble, vocal, etc on this sound bar. But they actually doesn't make much difference. For example, surround sound on level 1 and level 5 is almost same. I have returned the product and got my refund. Conclusion- Do not but this soundbar if you are looking for Dolby Atmos or 5.1 surround. If you are looking for just a plain soundbar, better buy some other cheaper soundbar who doesn't falsely claim to be Dolby atmos.

6 Month update - Good soundbar for 20k After the first month, the speakers seemed to get better and right now, I'm absolutely enjoying the quality of sound delivered. Watching 4K movies with surround Or Atmos while lounging at home is perfect. Output is balanced and voice/vocals is not overpowered by bass. Subwoofer does it's job of delivering that thump when needed. Satelites kick in as and watching action/thriller movies is really fun. On the whole, enjoying the experience and would definitely recommend it if your budget is 20k and you are looking for a good Atmos soundbar. *********************** Purchased this after I experienced dolby atmos sound at a fiends' place in the Samsung Q880B (~70K price). I was sure that I did not want to spend that kind of money on a soundbar and hence started my search at 30K price point. The choice was between the 9750 Pro and Samsung B67E. Decided to try out the 9750 Pro and I am very happy with the decision. Definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for an entry level dolby soundbar. Connected to my LG55 TV using HDMI, havent tried bluetooth or other audio options. Pros: 1) Delivers dolby atmos sound - 5.1.2 channel tests all work perfectly, can clearly hear sound delivered by various speakers. 2) Balanced sound - not bass heavy, can clearly hear the mids and highs 3) Content that is 5.1 channel also sounds great, hence definetly a good upgrade from my previous blaupunkt sbw100 4) Easy to setup and connect 5) Perfect pricepoint - at 20K, this is perfect for watching movies at home Cons: 1) Should provide a manual that clearly points to sound options that need to be changed in your TV to ensure that dolby sound content is available at the hdmi out For all people who are complaining about low sound from satellites, please ensure that you have enabled a) HDMI eARC in your TV - please go to advanced sound settings in your TV and enable b) Ensure that you select passthrough mode for audio - again in advanced sound settings in your TV The above settings are necessary to ensure that your TV does not throttle/downgrade dolby sound/music. If you do not change the above settings, then your soundbar will not play dolby content. How to verify if you are soundabr is receiving dolby content from TV? - the display in the soundbar will clearly say Dolby Surround (in case of 5.1) and Dolby Atmos if it is receiving the right content from TV. If the display on your soundbar stays at ARC or eARC, that means the soundbar is not reciving donly content. Hence please change your setting and confirm before you decide to return the soundbar.
