Only came with one balloon and I needed it for a Barbie themed party, very misleading

Missing Item
Received the Barbie Balloons but was missing the large Party arrow balloon. I needed the balloons asap so unfortunately I won't be able to return to have the package exchanged for a complete set.

Misleading
What a scam. It does not even say it required helium. Cannot even return it because I already blew up one. Also, it does not even have a straw to blow it up with. I might as well just gave my money away to them.

Not as pictured
I got this set of balloons because they were supposed to have holographic hearts. I was very disappointed to see that they were matte grey. Pink ones were ok. I didn’t blow up the party sign balloon.
