Why does charging from 0–80% sometimes take longer than 43 minutes?

The 43-minute estimate assumes ideal conditions: No load, UltraFast mode on, and an ambient temperature between 68–122°F (20–50°C).

Can I charge the C1000 with both AC and DC inputs simultaneously?

No, AC and DC inputs cannot be used at the same time. If both are connected, AC input takes priority. It will switch to DC charging when AC is not in use.
