For whatever muscle, ligament ache and pain, this is my go to for relief. I’ve used these for back, hip pain, knee and neck pain, etc. so easy to apply and remove. I find the relief to be long lasting. While the regular Biofreeze patch is good, I like the lavender Biofreeze patch that’s included in this kit. I use that one at night, the menthol is not strong as the lavender works with it to give an aromatherapy, relaxing scent. Wish they sold the lavender menthol patches separately, but this pack is the only way I can buy both of the scents. They adhere pretty well but sometimes will roll off/come off if on an area that rubs such as a pant leg. I sometimes don’t use the full size patch and cut it in half. No need to get goop on your hands, massaging creams on body, just open package, peel adhesive off and slap on body part that needs pain relief. Recently had total knee replacement surgery and these patches were so effective to relieve nerve pain around and behind the knee as i am recuperating. They are helpful too with any lingering pain at night or after exercise therapy.

I am a fan of Deep Blue, but I did like the patch and being able to keep it on for several hours, versus just applying to the skin. Not sure if it's just perception, but it was like slowly releasing the active ingredients... I didn't have pain, it was more swelling, and I think it helped. The smell is yummy and I was just disappointed that because it was my knee, I had to wear leggings to keep it in place. It won't "stay". It's easy to place though, just have to be careful so it won't fold over on itself - it's on the softwer side.

Love it helps with the pain wish I can put them all over cause it I really hurt all over but they are expensive and you only get six in a box they should lower the price or give more in a box but I standby it. It works great. I put them on my knees my neck, my back my leg, even under my foot. It helps.

It works no better than the ones I buy from the dollar store really the one from the dollar store The ones in the dollar store stick for a long time.
