The reviews are true - these definitely make a difference on shot power and distance. - used on Daisy slingshot - somewhat easy to put on (if you follow the directions) - great performance with all types of ammo - I would recommend these as a replacement or performance upgrade! *If you found my review helpful, please click the voting button to indicate so!*

First let me say, I hate replacing bands. Even with alcohol, its still a pain in the butt. That being said, these are worth the work. Using them on a Beeman Marksman. Smooth pull and release, noticeable power increase. Recommend for anyone looking for replacement. PLEASE NOTE- I have seen people complaining about bands only lasting so long, then breaking. Everyone needs to remember-BANDS ARE A CONSUMABLE ITEM! This means they will eventually break. Each time you stretch them, it weakens them. Its the nature of the beast. SO order a spare and keep it handy!

These have a very light draw, perfect for the noob learning to get things right. They produce good speed with light ammo, 1/4, 5/16, maybe even 3/8. These are target bands, good for targets and plinking, that's it. I have had mixed results as far as durability. Some have lasted me hundreds of shots, some have lasted maybe thirty shots. This may have something to do with how they were stored previous to me ordering them though. Really as far as commercial tubes go it does not get any better, although given a choice I personally would take some sort of flat latex or chinese style tube.

The band from my decades-old slingshot from my childhood had completely disintegrated when I dug it out for my kids. So ths one looked like a good replacement. It works as expected. It feels less powerful than the previous one, but that's ok... I don't need to give my kids the most powerful one, and it's easier for them to use.

The elastic broke within 2 hours of use. Very disappointing.
