Blowfish Women's Granola Fisherman Sandal

These are my favorite sandals ever! I teach elementary school and am on my feet most of the day. Most shoes have my feet hurting before lunch, but these are comfortable all day long! They have never caused blisters, and run true to size. I have gone through 2 pairs, wearing them almost daily in the summer, even at the baseball fields, walking to my car through the rain a few times. They are stylish, and a great value for the money. I wear them with dresses but also with shorts and jeans.

1st pair in photo: my very favorite years-old target sandals that are falling apart. They were thin and cheap but massively comfortable and lasted longer than I expected. I have had to search farther and wider than I hoped to find a good replacement- maybe this will help someone!#2: Colgo: $20. 3/5 (strap issues)Closest to original in the thinness of sole, strap width, construction/quality/cost, but the straps are very thick and stiff with sharp corners on the inside and fold overs near the heel that poked me when walking. Maybe they would soften up, but worse is that the toe strap is very large, this is uncomfortable and allows my foot to slide around a lot, against such scratchy straps.#3: Veittes: $35. 3.5/5 (design issue)Very comfy squishy heeled sole. Nice straps. Well made with glue, stitching and elastic on straps, very similar to #4. Would have liked these but for one massive issue: the toe strap is SO long. It must be a mistake. Looks bizarre, is uncomfy when walking as your foot slides around and toes can extend off the front of the shoe.#4: Blowfish brown: $40, 4.5/5 (winners)Nice padded heeled sole, soft glued and stitched straps (though a bit wider than my ideal), nice elastic and (a bit chunky) buckle, toe strap correctly balanced.#5: Blowfish black: $35, 4.5/5 (but sizing issue)Slightly different to the previous attempts, with a flip flop strap style and molded sole. Good quality and finishings as the other #4 blowfish sandals, they even padded the toe strap. I liked these a lot, but they were too small/short (~1/2” shorter than all the others, all size 8.5). I may reorder 1/2 or 1 full size larger.

When I bought these shoes, I was looking for a stylish shoe that was not only comfortable, but also durable. As a college student, walking across a big campus is part of my daily life, and maybe even part of yours. My criterion for reviewing these sandals were:DurabilityComfortStyleDurability:When I received these sandals, I was incredibly impressed with the level of quality. Many sandals in this price range are manufactured with a pleather material instead of real leather. Pleather is a cheaper, fake version of leather that typically does not hold up as well. However, these sandals are made with real leather. Real leather makes a huge difference in the durability of these sandals. The leather is soft and after 6 months of almost constant wear, they still looks just as new. The material does not have any of the creases that are common in leather after some wear, and it has not experienced any tears.Comfort:Overall, this shoe is fairly comfortable. However, if you are looking for a padded shoe that offers a lot of support, this is not the sandal for you. The cork material does not give a lot of arch support which causes your foot to hurt when wearing them for a long period of time. As a college student, these sandals are amazing for walking across campus or going out for dinner. If you want to wear them for a hiking trip, these sandals might cause you some pain. The leather also adds to the comfort of the shoe. The material is soft against your foot and does not cause any blisters.Style:In terms of style, these shoes get a 5/5. I ordered them in the Whiskey Dyecut Pu. This color can be mixed and matched with most colors you might have in your wardrobe. They can be dressed up or down. If you want to wear them with a dress, they will look great because the overlapping design is perfect for dressing up. Going for a more casual look? That’s okay, too!You can wear them with your leggings and still look great. Many of the other colors offered are neutral and great for matching whatever purpose you order these for. Be it a wedding, or walking around campus.Overall, I highly recommend these sandals. If you are looking for a shoe that is durable, comfortable, and stylish, then these are the shoes for you. You’ll fall in love with the softness of the material and versatility they offer you when picking outfits.

I absolutely love my Blowfish sandals. I wear these almost every day, 12 months per year.They're so comfortable and they look nice.

Extremely happy with these. I got a size 7 in the Whiskey Dyecut color. I have wanted these sandals for a LONG time. I had originally seen them on Modcloth, but they were about $40 on there, so I kept holding off because I think that $40 for sandals is a little ridiculous. Then I finally found them here on Amazon, and added them to my wishlist when they were $35. Then, just in time for my birthday, the price was reduced to $25! That's a deal I feel like because I have pined over these for nearly two years. So I bought them. Just a little background, I am usually between a 6.5 and a 7 in shoe sizes, so after reading the reviews, I decided to go with a 7. They fit perfectly :) they do feel like they slide around just a little bit, but I attribute that to the fact that they're brand new and the straps are not incredibly tight, but I think they would be uncomfortable if they were. It will take a little while to build up some callouses where the strap goes between my toes, but after that I imagine I'll be wearing these constantly this summer. Can't wait to wear these at the beach. :) I definitely recommend these, they're super cute and super comfortable. You should buy a pair!

Nice sandal comfortable

I only gave it three stars because I loved the sandal/style. However, I ordered a size up, and it was still incredibly narrow and too small.

Blowfish shoes are one of my all time favorite brands so I was stoked to see some here. I was in desperate need of some black kind of strappy sandals and looked through all the verified Blowfish sandals until I found these(and one other pair that I also got, those are a bit fancier)and I was lucky enough that they had them in my size for once yay! I wear an 8.5 and that is what I ordered because I. The past whenever I've bought Blowfish shoes of any variety their sizing is always spot on. These are perfect! Super duper comfortable without the straps rubbing any part of my foot that they touched AND the straps themselves are very soft while still being sturdy. These are a great every day mostly more on the casual side but they can be dressed up a bit if you need that. I am VERY happy with my purchase and so glad I now FINALLY have a couple of really good quality black strappy sandals appropriate for just about any occasion. I cannot recommend these, or any other Blowfish brand shoes enough. Quality shoes that last a really long time(at least in my personal experience)and they are at a very reasonable price point. Especially for a decent pair of shoes.

I have brought 12 of these sandals over the last few years. I have 3 new sandals in there boxes ready to go. There the only sandals I were. I love the colours.

These are so comfy & wearing really well, I’ve bought a second pair to have when the first ones eventually fade away.Only issue was delivery to UK took a while & kept getting delayed

Normalmente soy 24.5, así que leyendo las opiniones pedí 7.5 y me quedaron muy bien, ni grandes ni pequeñas, es la talla que esperaba. En cuanto a la comodidad, puedo caminar todo el día con estas sandalias sin problema, no cansan... :)

Very happy, good fit, had them before but first time I've been able to get a 6 1/2 will definitely be getting another pair when needed.
