Bought the wrong size

I’ve been wearing the ZONBAILON Bamboo Viscose briefs for about 3 months now, and I figured I’d drop my honest take. I’m in Florida, so if underwear can’t handle 91° + humidity, it’s out. It’s 94% bamboo viscose with a bit of spandex. Out of the pack, they’re stupid soft. Like, “silky-smooth, feels-like-nothing” soft. I was skeptical because I’ve had “bamboo” pairs before that felt like paper towels after two washes. These haven’t done that. They’ve been through probably 20+ wash cycles and still feel the same, no pilling or roughness. The big win for me is the heat. Living in Southern Florida, anything that keeps you dry matters. These actually do wick moisture and dry fast when you step into A/C. I wore them under jeans doing yard work in August and didn’t get that swampy, chafed feeling by noon. On travel days, same story – 6 hours in a middle seat and I wasn’t adjusting every 10 minutes. The tagless design + flat seams helps. I’ve had zero chafing, even on 10k-step days at the airport. Fit-wise, I’m 6’0, 210, usually a L in briefs. Ordered L and they’re true to size. The U-shaped bulge pouch is legit – everything stays put without being squished. It’s not a gimmick. You get support but it still feels natural, and there’s actual room up front. Waistband doesn’t dig in. **Pros I’ve noticed:** - **Breathability is real** – bamboo fabric actually keeps you cooler than cotton - **Softness lasts** – still smooth after dozens of washes, elastic is holding - **Pouch design works** – supportive, not tight, no readjusting all day - **No chafe** – flat seams + tagless = good for Florida summers and long walks **Cons / stuff to know:** - **Price is mid-high** – definitely pricier than a 6-pack from the drugstore. For me the comfort’s worth it, but if you’re on a tight budget it stings. - **Fly is hard to find** – it’s there, but the fabric’s so stretchy I just use the leg hole most times. Not a dealbreaker, just FYI. **Value for money:** I’d call it a solid B+. You’re paying more, but they’ve lasted, they’re comfortable, and I’ve already reordered. Customers keep saying “well worth the money” and I get why. If they were $5 cheaper per pair I’d give 5 stars no question. **My rating: 4.5 out of 5 stars** Knock half a star for the price and that one janky waistband I got. Otherwise, they’re the most comfortable, least swampy pair I own. If you sweat, travel, or just hate feeling your underwear, give these a shot. I’ll keep buying them unless they change the fabric.
