I'm usually too lazy to write product reviews, but I have been motivated to provide feedback for this multivitamin - possibly because it is so effective, and my energy level has picked up! I don't know how much money I have wasted on various supplements and vitamins, but it is tragic! For one reason or another they end up rotting on my shelves for years after I buy them. In contrast, this multivitamin is easy to swallow, doesn't have any unpleasant side effects, and has given me a number of noticeable benefits. Among those are: stronger nails and hair, my skin is brighter and firmer, my immune system is stronger and I sleep better! Overall, this multivitamin adds to my quality of life at 54 - and even has me feeling a few years younger!!

These are great. With difficulty with absorption, these actually work for malnutrition. I feel strong again after 2 days. I keep them refrigerated just in case. This is a great brand Sambugra liposomal.

I was weary to try since high quality vitamins are a struggle to find these days, but these liposomal multivitamins for women are a game changer! I’m a twenty year old college student and I have seriously noticed my energy levels pick up as I power through my study sessions. I love taking them first thing in the morning with my breakfast:) My only critique is I wish the pills were smaller so that they are easier to quickly swallow (the pills are tasteless by the way). I have taken several different Women’s vitamins over the years. The last was Alive Women’s 50+. They were ok BUT did not seem t give me the energy boost I was looking for, and the extra oomph for my hair/skin/nails.. I found these on Amazon, did my homework on the ingredients, was impressed, and decided to try them. WOW! In addition to my hair/nails/skin looking so much healthier, I feel like I have so much more energy. I swear my hair has grown another inch or more since I started taking them. The capsules are easy to take, with no stomach upset. I have a subscription through Amazon and they come on time so I never have to worry about running out. I don’t see me ever ordering any other daily vitamin….I’m a lifer!

I visibly noticed my nails and hair growing quite quickly. I am wasn't sure of my hair due to also taking Mary Ruth on alternate days. Once my 2nd refill of Mary Ruth came in my energy plummetted. It was easy to swallow, no smell, no unpleasant taste or odor. I will be purchasing again

I checked these against some of the supplements I take separately that are included with these, and it turns out that these stand up to or exceed what I'm taking separately, which is wonderful. Saves me money. I can tell that they are working as I'd hoped because my food budget has been slashed again to NO FRESH FRUITS OR VEGGIES for 2 weeks. And although I feel the difference in my diet, I still feel health-wise well, and not sluggish as I usually feel in the 2nd half of the month. I'm recommending these to my daughters, one of whom pays $65 a month for her vitamins and has half the supplements and vitamins included. Highly recommend to everyone.

I love this product. I’ve been taking it pretty consistently every day at the recommended serving size of 2 pills per day, and I’m about 3 weeks in now. When I started taking it, my skin looked dull, ashy, and rough in texture. Now, my skin looks smoother, firmer, clearer, and more radiant, with noticeably healthier color. The biggest difference for me has been my under-eye circles. The darkness has noticeably faded, which I believe may be connected to my history of very low iron. I’ve struggled with iron deficiency and absorption issues, and this formula seems to be helping me in a way other supplements haven’t. I also really appreciate that it uses liposomal delivery, which may be why I’m seeing and feeling a difference. Obviously everyone’s body is different, but for me, this has been one of the few supplements where I can actually see the results.
