This item shouldn't even be available on Amazon. I expect this quality from sketchy eBay sellers.*UPDATE AGAIN*. Sigh... 1st Daylight savings. The darn things don't adjust, and their instruction is to reset the timer. Seriously, this is the worst possible version of what this device should be.Also, Any power interruption will undo your timers. They're still there, they just don't work anymore. Instruction from MFG. - AGAIN.. Delete and reset timer. Ugh.Finally none of the USB ports work correctly, and those thar seem to will fail. Yesterday I unplugged wireless headphones from the USB charger. - wire left in, disconnected headphones from the cord, not the cord from the unit. This sized the entire unit to start flashing and I think attempt to disconnect from the LAN.I have been trying for the better part of a day to download the app that runs the Wi-Fi portion. It will just not download and it will not install. Right now I'm very upset I have to consider going to the post office to return this.*UPDATE is a week later and the Mfg. Emails me after seeing this with instructions on how to download. Like I don't know how to DL an app from the app store.1.) app repeatedly hung up downloading.2.) after numerous tries I turned off wifi and the app came thru on cell data. But took an hour. Like 100 mgb DL takes an hour.3.) The very simple easy instructions to link with Home doesn't work at all (known issue) and with Google Assistant it finally worked but not by any instructions from either the power strip Mfg Akface Or Google even but I figured it out.3.) While the app eventually does work be advised the vice control only works on one of the 4 Outlets. Meaning. Your Google Assistant, can only work on one item on one outlet for the entire strip.4.) Samsung Bixby users. No go. Bixby has never heard of Akface or Tuya either.Sorry, can't change rating to anything higher than 1.5, maybe 2.

Liked this product so much I bought 2 more. The same product seems to be marketed under several names. A smart power bar is so much more versatile than separate smart outlets - I have no idea why the market has been so slow to make smart power bars available. Owned them for about two years and I've never had issues with setup (use iOS) or the product dropping the connection. Very minor issues when there's a power outage. I've never had to re-do the connections. The app (Tuya) has been steadily improved and works quite well. I was able to get these to work with a different app called iSmartHome. One or both of those apps work with IFTTT (been a while since I cared). I restrict these to our guest wifi (I don't trust the maker). I have one on the other side of our condo from the router and it works fine with 2.4ghz wifi. Favorite uses would be controlling lamps remotely (at home or away) and setting timers for things. I'll also pair it with devices that have awkwardly located or no power switch. Slam-dunk purchase.

I read multiple reviews on this strip and was excited to get one to use. We used it to control the lights for our geckos and bearded dragon. Works great to turn things off and on. It keeps the schedule going so that our animals are happy.

Very useful and better, cheaper than the equivalent separate smart plugs. Good software. Good spacing to accommodate the usual socket hogging plugs. Use them to power down electrical standby circuits and transformers when not in use, use one in a hydroponics system to regulate lamps and fans. Liked it so much I bought 3. Wish there was a 6 socket version.

I liked the product’s Alexa integration and the four USB ports but it died after a couple of months. During that time it was sometimes flaky and would reset the ports. This would cause devices connected to it to lose power and turn off unexpectedly. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone else.

Good App, nice features but the device needs some help. When ever my power goes off, I have to turn it on manually. And when I do , the app says, "device offline". I will be retuning it.

I needed multiple plugs . This one has that and Each plug in can be controlled by itself . Never have I seen one like this . It's GREAT !!

This device keeps going off line.

I really am happy with this purchase, it works so well and is programmable and the best part is I control it from my phone.
