Exactly what was ordered. No strange smells!

The taste may not be for everybody, but I love the fact that this naturally has the right proportions of the electrolytes sodium and potassium, and none of the sweetening junk they put in other protein supplements. Great pre-workout supplement when combined with BCAA powder.

I'm not one to regularly pop pills, and that is what you must do regularly to benefit from this supplement. It's not the product's fault. It's just that I can't evaluate the potential unless I remember to consume soft gels on a regular basis. I much prefer to incorporate supplements into foods that I consume regularly, such as yogurt and other probiotics. I can do that with powders, and even capsules, but not softgels. I'm sure these are effective, and labeled properly, but I would not purchase these again due to their lack of versatility.
