Strectch stretch stretch it out.
Excellant product. I received these through Amazon and they have performed well. I have used the bands as I am recovering from hip replacemet surgery. Just in general using them to get my arm muscles loosened up ,but specifically around both legs at around knee height. Therapy has me stretch my thighs apart to shoulder width then walk several loops around the area,sort of a duck waddle. So I purchased this set for home to do the same exercise. The bands are of high quality rubber fro what I can tell. Five different strengths. They are wide enough so they are not cutting into your skin at all. For my upper body the lighter shades of band give me more flexibility and movement to stretch farther to open up my muscles a bit more. Very happy with this item and I would recommend this vendor to other cusromers.
