Works perfectly, I've purchased 2 and they work great for connecting my PC to my CRT TVs. The latency added isn't noticeable to me when gaming. You won't be able to get perfect 240p video out (at least I can't) but when watching video content you won't be bothered by that. I've never had a problem with outputting 4:3 however.
