It's indistinguishable from the original hood
This lens hood fits my Leica Q2 perfectly, feels sturdy, and is made of high-quality material. It's indistinguishable from the original hood that comes with the camera, but thinking of resale value, I would rather bang this one up than the original. Happily surprised that there is no branding whatsoever on this hood either.

Identical to the OEM one but far cheaper to replace. No branding (a plus).Sure, the Leica one has to be better but I don’t know how. The logo? It feels and fits identically as well as nicely color matched with my Q2 Monochrom.The thing is that the metal hood is vital protection and inevitably gets banged around. It functions as your first defense against banging around.Frankly I wish I had bought this one immediately and put the original somewhere warm.

Haoge has made a great replacement for the original lens hood that came with the Q cameras. This is so nice in looks and operation that I took my original one off the camera and put it back in the box to save for the time I might resell the camera.
