Heat up to 6 , It has time setting so you can set the blanket for 2-8 hrs and it automatic shuts off when the time is up. It's the right size and quality is great.

I have the Full size Sealy, Soft Ribbed Flannel to Sherpa Heated Blanket with 10 Heat Settings & 1-12 Hours Auto-Off. I primarily use it to snuggle in while sitting out the couch not for using in bed. I first ordered a generic throw size heated blanket, it was ok, I thought I liked it a lot….then the dogs discovered the electric blanket and the throw size wasn’t nearly big enough for all of us. I wasn’t sure I wanted to spend so much on a blanket for sharing with the dogs on the couch. But wow! The Sealy ribbed electric blanket is heads and shoulders above the cheap/generic brand electric blanket I bought first. It’s incredibly soft and I don’t notice all the wires in the blanket nearly as much as I did on the other blanket. The controls are simple to use, left side increases or decreases temperature, right side increase or decrease timer in increments of 30 minutes and the power on/off button. When adjusting time or temp the screen lights up a pleasant blue then fades back to the grey (not lit) screen once you stop pressing controls. The temperature settings range 1-10. For sitting on the couch on a cool evening level 4 or 5 is plenty of heat for the dogs and me. At this level It’s warm without being overwhelmingly hot. (The cheaper blanket I have seems to lack a comfortable midrange.) I like that the controller remembers your last setting. When powered on it will be set at your previous settings. The Sealy electric blanket costs more for a reason. It’s incredibly snuggly soft, has a great heat range 1-10 & the auto off timer can be adjust anywhere from a half hour up to 12 hrs. Just don’t let the dogs on it unless you want to share it with them all the time. Once they discover it, they won’t want to get off of it.

Perfect light weight lap throw blanket for my couch. I had bought 3 other electric throw blankets and returned every one of them before I found this one, and decided to keep it. All the others smelled terrible that didn’t go away after washing, were either too heavy or didn’t heat properly, or the cord was on the wrong side beibg on the Sherpa side and not the fleece so it didn’t line up with my couch etc. I wanted a blanket tgat the colored side showed, not white Sherpa. I like that this one is fleece on both sides, as I don’t like the feeling of fake Sherpa.. It’s a very soft velvet material.. It had a faint smell upon arrival , but washed right out. This one doesn’t get super hot. And it only has 6 settings not the usual 8 or 10. Its heating could be a bit better, but here in Texas I don’t need anything super heated. Just something to take the chill off in the early morning. It come with an enormously large tacky idiot warning label sewn down, but it’s easy to cut it off. Mostly I like that it’s a lighter weight, fleece on both sides, cord placement lines up and works with my couch, and I don’t feel that I’m weighed down and tangled up in a heavy blanket. My puppy 🐶 approves of it too.

I think this blanket is super soft and durable. This cozy thing will put you in a deep sleep. Tell your partner to buy their own. The product is decent quality but pricey. The heat does not cover the whole blanket. The throw I purchased has a significant border with no heat elements.

This is the best electric blanket I've owned so far, and I've owned many over the years. I was worried this wouldn't heat up enough for me - good lord was I wrong, I never use it past the 2 setting. This thing is warm without even being turned on because it's so plush and thick. I'm the kind of person that is perpetually cold and this thing makes me sweat sometimes! I ended up getting a real bad case of the flu right before this blanket got delivered and I can't even tell you how much I cherished this thing! It was one of those colds where you feel like you're freezing even when wrapped in multiple blankets and as much clothing on as you can find. But boy, this electric blanket was the only thing that made me feel warm enough to not shiver. I cringed at the price and nearly didn't buy it when I was shopping around for a new electric blanket, though. I slept on the decision for a few days before deciding to go ahead and get it. Two things made this one win out among the rest: the safety record Sealy has with their electric blankets and how plush the blanket looked to be in the photos. Safety is obv top priority with these kinds of things, but I also wanted a blanket that didn't feel like a thin fabric shell over of a heap of wiring. This both met and exceeded all my expectations. :)

The blanket worked really well when I first got it but after a year or so, it stopped working. It didn’t stop working entirely, though. First, it would heat up only in certain spots. Then, when I ran the troubleshooting steps, it would heat up but stay warm only for 15 minutes or so before going cold. I’d turn the heat up to the highest level just to see if that’d help and it would never heat up. I wasted my money and it’s bad because I have two blankets from this same company and they both did the same thing. Thankfully warm weather is coming and I’m not gonna need this blanket for a couple of seasons. Don’t waste your money on this.

Warms quickly

The blanket is very comfortable and delivery was within 12 hours which was impressive. If you expect it to be "HOT", then it's not going to be like that but it's really good for those days where my heater is not working inside my condo and I need something warm to fall asleep in. It's very comfortable for that.

I will update again, still testing this blanket out. One side is definitely warmer than other side, seems if I do 2 on one side and 3 on the other, it's about equal. Also, sometimes the buttons don't change...I have to play around to get it to work sometimes. Some things I'll just look past , it's not the end of the world, but the last thing is that it doesn't seem to heat all the way around to the outside edge, and then some places at all.... Actually one more thing, the cords are crazy!! The whole beds full of electrical cords, it's insane and not very comfy when the person furthest away from the plug wants to change the setting on theirs!!! But, I'm still deciding. I am actually not a very picky person so I'll update with my final decision!! Other than all of that, I love it!!
