it has the edge
I've been playing on 2 mediums for a while, whether it be this or a similarly rated Vandoren. I really love the edge this sound produces. I use a Meyer (6) mouthpiece and Rovner ligature. I've tried about half the box and the reed quality is consistent. I can't remember if there's a "hard" for this size, but I may see what that's like, some day.

This product deserves the Nobel Peace Prize. It's Holy Matrimony between this reed and the wind that's in your lungs that will build a everlasting relationship of intimate sounds that will intrigue and please your audience like never before. You will become a ventilating machine that will breathe life into your listener's psyche, and they will become dependent to your music like patients connected to life support machines. Without this reed your sound loses life support. After discovering this reed, my sound attracted new disciples and I was added to the payroll for a weekly check. Reed from the miracle tree? Found my destiny. Marry this reed and Divorce the unfaithful reed. Stop looking for love in the wrong places (reeds).

Plastic packaging
They promote these as nature friendly for not using plastic. However... each reed comes wrapped in plastic. 🤨

They seem a bit more consistent than Rico Royals - but
They seem better than the RicoRoyals - but, as all reeds, they need tweaking. I use a Reed Geek.

Great flexible tone and ease of blowing
I used this reeds on Jody jazz HR soprano 8 with excellent results

Fairly consistent cut!
More consistent than other reeds I have tried. Once I found the best strength for me - very happy with these reeds.

Unfiled Reeds
These reeds are a little hard. I usually play filed and number 3 Rico Reeds. I will continue to use the new ones until I feel I can play them better. If not, I will switch back to the regular Rico Reeds. I suspect the hard reeds will be good if my lips get stronger and it will also depend on the songs I play.

使いやすい！
セルマー系のラバーmpを使っていますが、いくつかのメーカーのリードを比べてみたところ、ジャズセレクト が１番しっくりきました。吹きやすくて良い音がします。ばらつきも少ないように思います。

Confermo: Strane, ma ottime
Confermo quanto scritto addietro.Abituato alle Vandoren, alle Marca ed alle La Voz, all'inizio queste ance sembrano strane.Sono più lunghe delle altre e, suonandole, danno un'impressione diversa dalle altre.Trattandosi di impressioni, è impossibile descriverle a parole.Dopo un minuto che le suonavo, ho tuttavia realizzato che sono, a mio avviso, le migliori in assoluto.Pari solo alle La Voz (che hanno un suono un po' diverso).Le ho provate sul sax soprano (Yana S991), con bocchini Gaia 2 ed HR.
