I got this to display photos of the development of our child during his first year, up to his first birthday. The frame is made from a thin plywood and has wording etched onto the front, along with 12 individual rectangles for each month of the year for you to place your pictures inside. If I’m completely honest, this is really not the best milestone picture board frame. It is quite plain in design, there are no dedicated slots for you to place your photos, rather, you have to glue/stick them into their respective places and lastly, there is no stand or hook at the back of the frame in order to hang it on a wall or place on a surface. So you will have to add your own hooks etc. to display it. I guess if nothing else, the colour is neutral, so it is suitable for both boys and girls. I think for the frame’s full purchase price, of nearly £30, it is quite disappointing and I would expect a little bit more for the cost. However, at the time of writing this review, it is on offer at £12.99, which is a bit more satisfactory. It is a shame that the final product has been let down by being what I can only describe as being a bit on the basic side. In terms of size however, it is quite reasonable at 17”x12”. For anyone looking to purchase a milestone board and in particular to give as a gift, I would personally recommend looking at other options, as I don’t think I would be happy gifting this to someone. Equally, I am not entirely sure how much I am to use it myself and may end up looking for something that is a bit more elegant.

This looks nice but you have to stick the photos on the squares, there is no wee slip or cover to slip them into. Alao it is not very strong or study but very fine. Not great.

juste une planche de bois blanc avec 12 carrés dessiné dessus pour y coller les photos ! plus que sommaire. j'étais persuadée que comme ceux que j'avais eu avant que les photos se glissaient à l'arrière pour un cadrage parfait ! terrible déception ! Et comme le retour est en Angleterre, j'ai du avancer les frais d'envoi de 10 euros !!!

This is like the most sentimental birthday decoration I have ever put together and it is beyond cute! It was the perfect size to put next to your baby’s cake. Great design, super durable we currently have it hanging in our house for everyday decor!
