Just received the 5"x6" model. Very nice quality and well built. Smashing burgers is so easy and even. Over easy eggs are easily scooped up and flipped. Bacon is even eaier to flip. The large size allows me to clean and move food and oil around to where I need it. Pretty much my favorite griddle tool now. You won't be disappointed at all.

Received individually boxed (in a box with canned goods and some other things). Spatula was well protected and looked new. It didn't have a tag attached like in the picture, so I'm not sure. No scratches, so it's probably brand new.No rough edges on the wooden handle or the metal edges. No dents either. The finish is okay, but I'm thinking about sanding and refinishing it. Id like it to be a little smoother and darker. The spatula is completely flat. No bent edges.It seems pretty sturdy, but it won't replace a 2-prong carving/cooking fork for moving heavy items. I like the hole on the end. I can hang it in my kitchen cabinet when it's not being used.The spatula is wide enough to flip anything I'll be cooking in my frying pan (stainless steel). My primary requirement was for it to have a full tang. Didn't want to accidentally break it. I was having a hard time choosing between this size and the narrower one, but luckily I got this one.Decent quality and good price. I'm glad I bought it.

I love this thing, it is nice and wide making it user friendly on a large griddle. The Spatula is well build and very sturdy. Not only is it good for flipping/turning food it works great in helping you to clean/scrape the griddle after you cook and as I so often do burn food leaving residue behind. The product is well built and can handle firm use with no give which makes you comfortable when bearing down on the griddle to clean it. My wife also likes if for cooking pancakes because you can flip a large pancake and avoid breakage of the cake when it is partially cooked through making for the ability to make large pancakes with out fear of destroying the cake on the flip.. Good product get yourself one if you have a griddle or want to flip a fish on the BBQ!

Made good enough for who it is for. Good, heavy steel with crisp, flat edges and sharp bevels just right for smash burgers on the flat iron griddle. My only gripe is the wood to metal fit but I will overlook that because you can't beat the price on this.

Used for my stainless steel and cast iron pans. Great for cleaning the cast irons as well. Love that it can go in the dishwasher. Perfect pancake flipper

My husband asked me to get this extra wide spatula to help him pull pork shoulders out of the smoker. It's plenty wide enough and super sturdy to do the job. This is a winner!

These are the same form and size spatulas that I’ve used in professional kitchens, and I love them for the grill and griddle. The length is great: I can lift and flip multiple pieces at once, keep my hand out of the heat, and reach the whole cooking area. These are also rigid enough to apply significant downward pressure, especially if use tongs in my off hand to apply additional force. The combo of stainless steel construction and wood grips also makes it possible to rest the tool directly on the cooking the surface for a moment or two without damaging it or burning myself. These are great, and if you’ve with a quality pair of tongs and a wood handle bakers scraper, you’ve got all you need to master the griddle.

This thing is sick. If your thinking of getting it, get it. It does everything. Flips, cuts mixes, works well with BBQ. We'll constructed too.
