You can cure your inguinal hernia
This was just what i was looking for. It keeps the hernia in place and since wearing it all day, every day for the past 3 months (obviously remove in bed to allow the body to recover naturally) it has bolstered my knowledge that we can heal hernia naturally.If you would like to know more then watch the youtube channel 'my natural hernia cure' for a great inspiring example of this.
