I love this mayo! It is tangy and adds a punch to every recipe I use it in. The texture and quality keep me coming back for more.

Product is great but one jar came with cracked lid - no recourse to get refund on damaged item. Wasted money.

I use this mayo all the time, because I like the tartness of the lemon undertone and the ingredients. But this is so awesome if you have fish fillets that you want to saute in olive oil and keep them moist. Spread the Lemonnaise over the fish. Season with a rub of your own or Fresh Market's Dill Seasoned fish rub. Season with bread crumbs too if you like. Put the seasoned side down in a frying pan, then spread the mayo, herbs and breadcrumbs on the other side. Saute on one side for about 3 minutes before turning. Cook based on the depth and texture of your fish fillet--I like trigger fish, hog snapper, red snapper and pompano, but I live near the sea and you might not have the same fish available. Serve your sauteed fish with lemon. It is soooo good!

This is exceptional mayonnaise. I was buying it locally but all of a sudden I couldn't find it any more, so I opted to purchase some from Amazon. There is one caveat to this, and it is very important, and it has nothing to do with the product itself. I happened to order this in the summertime, and it was very hot weather. I didn't even think about that having a possible effect on this product, but it did. The product got overheated, and this impaired its cohesion; the oil has a tendency to separate out because of having been heated. But I like this stuff so much that I don't care, I just stir it up and it's fine. But next time, if I have to order it, I will make sure the weather is more temperate.

Love this product! But.... in order of 2 jars, one was smashed flat ( the other intact). Deemed a “not returnable” item by Amazon, I see no recourse for a replacement. Perhaps the original vendor?? Help please.

I first bought this in a store and since I can not get to that store now I ordered it on line. I was attracted to it having lemon juice and then kept getting it cause (not all mayo agrees with me) not only do I like the taste but my body responds well to it. I like that I can get a two pack. The price is not great; the convenience of not having to go out and buy it is the trade off. locally I could get it for $5 if I wanted to drive a couple towns over. Right now I do not. I am interested in trying it with different foods... right now I like it with tuna and eggs.
