This has been a life saver for me! I was losing so much hair from perimenopause I thought I would be bald in another year! These really work to make your hair strands stronger so you don’t have breakage. I hardly see anything in my brush or on the floor now!

I think it works my hair usually grows pretty slow. Since taking them my hair looks like it grow about a inch. I colored my hair about 7 weeks ago and I noticed within a 5 weeks that I needed a retouch on my hair again. I notice my nails are growing faster and my skin looks pretty good as well. I only took a Pic of my hair so you can see how much my hair grow. I have been taken them for about 6 weeks now. Just like most vitamins it take about 30 to 60 days to be effective. I take 2 capsules a day as it says on the bottle.

This does have side effects, I took 1capsule to start out as recommended by my Dr for hair loss due to Hypothyroidism, it gave me the runs! So I stopped taking it and the runs went away, I resumed taking them a week later same thing happened the runs returned, so my Dr said to stop taking them completely and I did, no more runs. I gave away this bottle to a friend who also had the same results, the runs! She threw the bottle away after this.
