Super surprised; I was fully prepared to be returning this as I couldn’t imagine this working without rubbing. Literally no effort required to remove tarnish. I put in my least favorite jewelry piece (assuming this product would damage it). I’m still in shock; tarnish is completely gone - so in went 4 more jewelry pieces...same result (me with my happy face: product works AND I don’t have the added task of returning it).BTW: I left it in for a few hours (only because I forgot about it) so I’m not certain how long it actually takes to work.

I was hoping to get tarnish free silver jewelry by using this product. I followed the directions, it says removes buildup in 1 minute I tried it many times many minutes. It removed maybe 20 % of the tarnish. Now I got a different Brand of Silver tarnish remover cream and it works great my silver jewelry is like new. Don't waste your time and money if you want good results.

This works great on submersible items that have no stones. However, be prepared to smell this forever after in whichever sink you use.
