Glucosamine Chondroitin MSM Collagen Joint Supplements for Women & Men with Turmeric Curcumin, Collagen, Hyaluronic Acid, Boswellia Omega 3 Knee Flexibility Support Complex Vitamin Capsules 120 Count

This is my first time buying this glucosamine supplement with additional anti inflammatory ingredients. I was hoping for joint pain relief and better mobility without aches and this product had the type of glucosamine recommended that is readily absorbed by the body. I've been taking it a couple weeks now & have noticed some improvement. As with any natural remedy these things take time but so far I am happy with the results of less pain when I'm hiking with my dog. The pills are rather large but easily swallowed 4 at a time (the recommended dose) with a big gulp of your favorite beverage. So far it's been worth the price for me.

I am a landscaper/lawncare pro. I suffer BADLY from repetitive motion stiffness in my knees, elbows and both hands, ESPECIALLY my right index/trigger/throttle finger. I was looking for a product that contained glucosamine, chondroitin, MSM and tumeric. This product has all three, among many other ingredients that are joint friendly. I'm 59 years old, and I'm on my third bottle. I can tell a SIGNIFICANT DIFFERENCE. Am I pain free, NO, but I'm not where I was 3 months ago, an 8-9 on the 1-10 pain scale at the end of my of my lawn care work day. Now, 3 months later, Im around 1.5-1.75 on a pain level scale. As I stated, I'm 59 years old, and at the end of my day, I would have to sit for 2 hours and rest my knees before I could do ANYTHING with the family, equipment servicing, etc. NOW, I come home, eat and get right into doing maintenance on my equipment, sharpening blades and filming YouTube videos. Is this product a take for 10 days and OVERNIGHT I'm all better product, ABSOLUTELY NOT. When your joints hurt from YEARS or DECADES of stress/damage like mine were, it takes time to correct that damage. THAT is what receives the pain. Do I still have bad days, yes! This is NOT a miracle cure. It's a joint management product. I still have some stiffness, but NOTHING compared to what I had 3 months ago. As I said in my title, the LONGER you take it, the BETTER it works. You HAVE to give it time, but DO NOT be afraid to try it, and GIVE IT 90 FULL DAYS.

This really works for me, I’m 73 with a bad knee used to get cortisone shot in my knee every 3 months to help with the pain I started taking this supplement I took the recommended dose for 2 months and I noticed less pain and more movement. I stopped taking this and in two weeks the pain and stiffness started again so started taking the supplements again and felt the relief my cortisone shots are now at least nine month apart, I go to exercise class on walks I can’t even tell I have a bad knee. I now only take one of these capsules a day and is still working. Definitely recommend.

I started taking about a month ago. It has helped my knees so much. No more pains at night keeping me awake. Better mobility too. I will be buying again

An excellent combination of supplements to help support numerous healthy bodily functions. The capsules are on the larger side, though still easy enough to swallow. I recommend this supplement for those looking for inflammation, joint, skin, aging, and / or urinary tract/mucosal support.

I ordered this item because it has a lot of the supplement/Herbs that I was looking for, I am almost finished with my first bottle and I do believe that I can tell a difference with knee pain, it is less. I do believe that you have to take an item for three months to see it’s full potential, so I will be ordering again.

Overall this is a decent product. You can clearly see some of the ingredients listed in the capsules. Like turmeric, ginger, and black pepper. The serving size is 4 pills per day, so I take 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening. I think people we report bad burps and stomach pains/heartburn are taking all 4 pills at once, not washing it down with enough water, or on an empty stomach as I've never had these issues. I took these supplements for joint pain and inflammation, however because I started yoga around the same time, I can't tell if the supplement alone is what's improving my joints. I am only giving the product a 3 star review because the ingredients are misleading. It promises Omega-3 but that's not in the ingredient list. There's also extra vitamins listed in the ingredients that were not advertised. So I won't be ordering these again.

Tried a few others but came back to this one. Works great with my knees, and feel better taking them.
