what is the power supply cord length?

It is about 31” end to end from the body to end of metal. I.e. the length is about 30”. The wires to the battery terminals are even shorter I believe. IMO it is too short for practical uses.

How many Khtz (cycles per second) does the desulfator run at?

Don't worry about it. Follow the direction, and it works great. The day I got it, I repaired and fully charged 4 12 volt car batteries. Great little charger. Highly recommended.

Does this charger come with a warranty?

It appears to be a minimal warranty--30 days in which to get a money-back return. If the "warranty" is anything better than that, or, on the other hand, if the "return" is only an exchange for another Nexpeak--which could somebody else's nonworking prior return--Amazon or the seller should clarify this "warranty".

Does it accept 220V as input?

Yes, according to the specs this charger can handle voltage inputs from 100 to 240 volts AC; 50 or 60hz. You may need a plug adapter since the prongs are shaped for North America.
