Tasty, nutritious, and very filling fruit leather for healthy snacking!
Never tried lavashak before in my life, and wasn't disappointed with this. If you are familiar with fruit rollups, then this is the Persian version of it. Instead of artificial flavorings and colorings, and tons of refined sugars, you are pretty much eating pressed real fruits and berries. It's mellow in sweetness, and has more of a tangy flavor to it. The strawberry flavor is quite strong, but you honestly taste a ton of plums and trace amounts of the rest of the ingredients. It's surprisingly filling, though. There is only one sheet in the bag, but I found myself slowly eating it after a while. I even put it in the fridge and ate the rest later in the day, so it's easy to underestimate the power of real food at times! The ends were slightly dried out after 5 hours of being in the fridge, so quick consumption is seemingly needed. For an interesting yet nutritious snack, this is a good choice. The value may be overpriced but it's actually pretty fair considering the effort needed to make lavashak (apparently at times it takes 6-10 hours of steady cooking and checking to make it!). All the lavashak in my local international store is about the same, so hope this company releases a value pack someday!

Salty and tough
Definitely not what I expected it's salty and not good. Save your money

The worst ever!
This lavashak was the worst lavaskak I’ve ever put in my mouth. It tastes like being fermented and tasted like bitter alcohol. I could not chew and swallow the very first bite. I don’t believe that some people have given 3 stars! This product doesn’t deserve even one star. Tastes like a rotten, soiled, bitter, and alcohol containing piece of trash. Do not order it even for free!

Worst thing I’ve ever tried to eat
Unbelievable, how bad this is a fruit rollup fan. This was horrendous.

Slightly Tart Fruit Roll Up
$10 for a thick, slightly tart fruit roll up. It's not my favorite but it's not bad. I got strawberry flavor.

One big square. A bit much salt? No distinct fruit flavor.
I was sadly disappointed with this fruit roll, which is more of a large fruit rectangle (4.5x6.5 inches). While I appreciated that it was somewhat thick, the flavor isn’t that great. It would be difficult to identify what fruit was being represented – it was more of a general sweetness/fruitiness than strawberry (the primary fruits are strawberry and apple). It contains salt, but I think maybe there’s a bit too much salt, which is damaging the overall enjoyment. Maybe the salt is an aspect of Mediterranean food, which I’m not used to in dried fruit in general. It’s okay, but there are better options out there. On a plus, mine was a tad bigger than the 2 ounces promised.

It's ok - different from what I'm used to. Salty
This is alright. Not what I expected. I've had plenty of Fruit leather in my lifetime and they all have been pretty sweet. This one is salty. Weird. It's got the consistency of fruit leather or a fruit roll up but thicker by at least twice the size. There are only 5 ingredients: strawberry, apple, fructose sugar, sea salt and citric acid. The less ingredients in a food product, the better - so that's a plus. Was there a need for the sea salt? I'm gonna say probably not. Maybe they added it for preservation? I love that it's kosher - we don't eat any unclean animal foods. I can definitely taste the strawberry and apple and the salt either needs to be eliminated or cut down. As I keep eating it, it's kind of growing on me. But really? $8 for one of these? (Glad to see something made in the USA :) )

Strawberry Fruit Roll
Strawberry Fruit Roll. This was very hard to get out to the package. It’s a thick piece of fruit roll. It’s very chewy and tough. I couldn’t even get it out of the package completely. I had to take a bite while it was in the package. Luckily, I don’t have to worry about getting it the rest of the way out because it was gross. It was just too hard and chewy. I was expecting something much easier to chew and much softer, it doesn’t have a fruit flavor either. It’s very gross.
