Not good quality
Even though these come in two different sizes cones either fall right out or break while you’re trying to pull them out. One is too small. The other is too big.

meh
there are two little plastic bits that hold the cones... the tighter one is OK for Joy sugar cones. it holds the cones in place as long as you don't bump it or touch it or a big truck doesn't go by outside. the looser ones do not hold the medium Joy waffle cones so it can't be used to them. and of course the tighter one you can't force the cone through. loading the thing is precarious, one has to take the cone holder off the wall, pile the cones up and lower the cone holder down over the cones, because putting them through from the top its nearly impossible to land in the center of the hole. I broke several cones discovering how to make it useful. Now we keep the second cone holder in reserve for when the first one runs out. it works, but i was hoping for something good for the two different sizes of cone.
