Broke after a year no refund or replacement
I purchased this item 14 months ago and all of a sudden it just stop working so I contacted the company and they refused a refund or replacement as the 12 months warranty was up I spoke with trading standards and in this country by law for an electrical appliance it’s five years so trading standards are still dealing with it. You don’t buy an oven for it to last 14months Shocking company to deal with steer well clear WOULD ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMEND

Simple and works well.
I finally had enough of my zanussi's digital timer. You need a better brain than mine to be able to calculate when you want to eat and how long it will take to cook and then take away the number you first thought of . So oh joy a simple knob you just turn to 20 mins or whatever. No more dried up food when I forget there's something in the oven. It's wider than the zanussi so I can get 2 casseroles side by side too . I'm not a sophisticated cook but I have managed to live a long time without self cleaning and so on. This oven is perfect for me. A bonus was the lovely delivery man and the excellent communication from him and from the firm who sold it to me. Happy now.

Faulty goods.
It’s terrible, the oven door will not open, there is no lock on it as it’s dials are mechanical, not digital. It appears to be stuck. Won’t be replacing with this make, that’s for sure.
