I would love to see a design update where the aesthetic appeal of the radiant rays featured on my other paper towel holder by Wuwrll design is combined with the practical tension arm feature. My only suggestion for improvement would be a lighter gold option to match the warm tones of my other kitchen accessories. This product is a testament to Simplehuman's commitment to innovative design, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a reliable and attractive solution to their paper towel needs

It sometimes amazes me how a simple item can be life-enhancing. This paper towel holder is one of those items. It arrived very well packaged. It is sturdy and it works! No more droopy towels. No more tugging for a paper towel as with other versions with a tension rod. The only note I would make is that as the roll becomes smaller, water drops can show on the stainless base if they are not wiped up right away. But that isn't worth deducting a star because it is superlative in every other way. Worth every cent.

Perfect champagne, gold color not that bright grey stuff nice and heavy stays put when you pull the towels off. You can pull one off at a time. I highly recommend it.

This paper towel holder is sturdy, normal sized, looks good, easy to use, the perfect tension to tear off whatever paper towels you choose. No more spilling out the whole roll when you may only want one! A clear winner!

I dislike touching paper towels and their holders with wet hands. That being said, I naturally love the weight of this paper towel holder and I love that the tension arm truly makes this a one-handed process. I am unable to give it the full 5-stars because the surface where the paper towel roll rests on, has rust spots already (purchased in Feb 2026). During normal usage, it is given that water will get on this product, so I am a little disappointed it rusted and rusted rather quickly. Plus, as far as paper towel holders go, this is a pricey one. I have other paper towel holders that are years old, with no rust. But they are less heavy and require a second hand. Trade-offs, I suppose. So, if you want a sturdy, one-handed paper towel holder, and do not mind that it will rust, this is a good product. As a side note, I have a simplehuman wall-mount paper towel holders I purchased in 2016 and it is still in good-shape - no rust.

This paper towel holder is a revelation! Fantastic to use and beautiful on the counter. We love it!

It's a little pricey but well worth it because this has some weight to it! It stay in place when you go to tear a sheet off (you can do this one handed) and is made from high quality materials and is very durable. We just remodeled our kitchen and the color goes perfect with all our SS appliances.
