Perfect for my 7-yr old granddaughter to carry her journal in on holiday. If I could have chosen one that took a slightly thicker book I would have taken that, but this is fine. Great material, everything as described. Very happy.

Not for a children's Bible. It is way too small. I finally got the, Jesus Storybook Bible, to fit with some work, also I removed the plastic liner.If you are intending it for a notebook, buy the case first and then take it notebook shopping with you. The reason for the three stars is because it does not hold the size of book that the product claims. It is a beautiful, durable, and well made cover though and it is perfect for my daughter.
