This contact sensor works great! After I got the Google device I needed I was struggling to figure out how to get the notifications so I reached out to Tuo and ended up speaking with Sam, the founder and CEO. He was super friendly and helpful. The sensor works perfectly from downstairs at our back door to our hub in the kitchen. Highly recommend!

Tried to pair this with Samsung Smarthings Hub V3 which it is supposed to support, it doesn't. Then I tried Google Home, nope, doesn't work with that either, then I tried Alexa, through several Echo's... No good. Just does not work. Don't buy.

Very responsive, just what I needed. I previously used VOCOlink, which wasn't responsive and ran through batteries.

This has dropped twice which is disappointing since thread is supposed to be the latest and greatest: never really had these issues with Zigbee products. And for a battery that they say lasts two years, I got this in November, installed it in a place that first get much use, and the battery is dead already, so they clearly didn’t use a new one when they shipped this out. Will probably just wait for thread versions of everything from Aqara and not get any more pricey devices from Tuo

Device is attractive and easy to install. Performance works great for a few days then require frequent soft resets to keep working. I purchased a 2nd unit in case the 1st unit purchased was defective however the 2nd unit has same issue.

The appearance is sketchy I don’t know if someone else has returned this item. I don’t want to connect it to my Wi-Fi. It doesn’t seem like it should have come open like this very disappointed!
