Yes, Engineered Now headrests fit all sizes of the Herman Miller Aeron: A, B and C. If you have "A" size, you will find a special pin included in the accessories that come with your order that is shorter and ensures that the headrest fits perfectly.

Which should I choose, the H3, the H4 or the HW?

If you are less than 1.8m tall, choose the H3, if taller, the H4 or meet our one-size fits all wide headrest - the HW for Onyx color chairs. If you regularly use headband headphones, choose HW, the special wide headrest.
