It’s a good idea. The major flaw in this product is that the bands are short and don’t stretch far enough to provide support over the full range of a pull up. This leaves you having to decide between setting it up for support at the top or bottom of the pull up. I fixed this by clipping 2 bands together to create longer bands. However, this fix limits the overall amount of weight reduction they provide.
