الخاتم هذا انا مشتريه لي تقريبا اسبوعين هذا من افضل الخواتم التي اشتريتها لقياس الصحه ودقيق بشكل ممتاز انا لدي خواتم اخرى لقياس الصحه غير هذا الخاتم وكلها التطبيق تطبيق الخاتم ليس افضل التطبيقات لكن هذا تطبيق الخاتم من افضل التطبيقات الذي جربتها من قبل وانا الان مستمر عليه ولا يوجد اي مشاكل في البطاريه البطاريه تعيش معي على الاقل من 10 الى 15 يوما

Product started malfunctioning few weeks in. Followed with Ultrahuman support given the gaps in recording and errors. After completing diagnosis, updates, and all troubleshooting, they said they would send a replacement but despite multiple follow ups through multiple channels, no update and I have a dead product.

Very useful smart ring to analyse the quality of sleep. I am using it regularly. Good battery life. Works 5 days on one charge.

Connection issues started only 27 days after purchase, and I was forced to deal with the 2-year warranty process. I requested a refund under warranty, and after two weeks, I received a direct refund from Ultrahuman. This product is not ready for the market; it feels unfinished..

I love this ring! It’s comfortable, and provides detailed and acurate information! What I love most about it is that it is subscription free, and it has the lowest EMF exposure and literally cancels it out once the phone is in airplane mode or Bluetooth is switched off, yet it still collates the data and syncs when the device settings are switched back on. The only thing I’d like to see changed is the fact that you have to put the ring back on the charger to take off of airplane mode, this feels unnecessary. Especially when you have to do this daily, if you prefer to monitor sleep while reducing emf exposure. The only thing I’d change is the fact that you have to put it on the charging deck to take it off airplane mode. There may be a good reason for this, but it does seem unnecessary and is a pain to do each day.

I really wanted to like the UltraHuman Ring, but unfortunately my experience has been disappointing so far. The biggest issue is the battery life. From a full charge (100%) down to 20%, the ring lasted only about 12 hours. For a wearable that is meant to track health, sleep, and daily activity, this is simply not acceptable. Constant charging defeats the whole purpose of a ring-based tracker. Another major problem is step tracking accuracy. Yesterday, the UltraHuman Ring showed almost 11,000 steps, while my Garmin watch — which I trust and have used for years — showed only 2,500 steps. That’s not a small deviation; it’s a massive discrepancy that makes the data unreliable. For a product positioned as a premium health tracker, accuracy and battery life are non-negotiable. Unfortunately, in its current state, the UltraHuman Ring falls short in both areas. Unless these issues are resolved through significant software or hardware improvements, I find it hard to recommend this product.

I was hesitant to purchase a smart ring but I found out about the Ultrahuman app and there is no monthly subscription. That was the major reason I bought the ring and I am incredibly happy with it

Item did not work , refund was not payed until 6 weeks The item was returned immediately. The return has been confirmed, but the refund has still not been paid.

1ere mise a jours, la bague ne fonctionne plus. Je suis extrêmement déçu. 3 semaines d'utilisation

It works just fine, the customer service is excellent, size fits alright. The pregnancy mode doesn't really do much apart from telling me how far along I am and which stats can be different... and then the app tells me to pay attention to exactly those stats. Okay.

Ich habe den Ring vor etwa zehn Monaten gekauft und war anfangs wirklich begeistert. Solange der Ring funktioniert, ist das Produkt top. Nach ungefähr sechs Monaten begannen allerdings die Probleme. Mittlerweile hält der Akku nur noch einen einzigen Tag – bei einem Produkt in dieser Preisklasse absolut enttäuschend. Noch schlimmer ist jedoch der Support. Seit über einer Woche bekomme ich nur Standardantworten per Mail: „Ein Supportmitarbeiter meldet sich innerhalb von 48–72 Stunden.“ Dann wurde mir zwischenzeitlich sogar ein neuer Ring angeboten, ich habe zugestimmt – und danach begann wieder das gleiche Pingpong von vorne. Man wird ständig vertröstet, niemand fühlt sich verantwortlich und es passiert einfach nichts. Für einen Ring, der fast 400 € gekostet hat, ist das eine absolute Vollkatastrophe. Produkt gut, solange es funktioniert. Service und Support danach leider miserabel.

Cette bague connectee est encore en phase beta et il y a des progres a faire en ce qui concerne l'enregistrement des activites physiques et sportives (actuellement manuel et complique) et la detection du sommeil (siestes suggerees a des moments correspondant en realite a une phase active et heure de lever et coucher incorrectes). Cependant les analyses detaillees des phases de sommeil, du rythme cardiaque, des pas et du stress semblent generalement fiables et permettent un suivi interessant. L'autonomie de la batterie est bonne, a peu pres 4 jours, et elle se recharge rapidement. Le cable du chargeur est plus robuste que beaucoup d'autres et son esthetique merite une etoile a elle seule. La bague elle-meme est sobre, confortable a porter. Dans l'ensemble je recommande, c'est la meilleure des cinq que j'ai essayees et la seule que j'aie gardee.

I changed it 3 time due to hardware issues Couldn’t return it because i took it from Amazon (though the can be refunded from the Ultrahumain) I would advise to buy it directly from thier shop. Difference 200 SAR. But better support and better refund mechanism
