Because it , in theory mess with electronic circuitry. However the way they ship it it is not possible. You have 2 choices:
1. Buy and send to a mainland family and friend and have them send to you Or-
2. Buy off Ebay since the ppl there do not disclose and they will ship.

Would this go through the chest of a man? Looking for a magnet as a trick need 2 b strong enough to placed on my back and hold an item on my chest?

No.you would need a magnet like at a junkyard to do that. I’m no scientist but I would think if you were doing that. it would put all the iron in your blood and body in that one location. I would think would cause a lot of damage(filling your heart and lungs with iron)
