20 years later and finally something better. First, just a tad small but nevermind!! All these years of too heavy silicone, itchy soft or too light and floats around. This is WONDERFUL.😍. This pretty, comfortable, and lightly weighted. Pretty much stays where you place it! Buy one. I will definitely another one. Seems like it will dry fast when washed. Buy one, I may go up a size.

Following my bilateral mastectomy, I have tried soooo many forms and bras to try to look normal and natural. This is what I’ve been looking for and I absolutely love these! Other foam inserts were light but rode up, were somewhat firm and fake looking. Most silicone inserts looked natural, but they are hot, heavy and hurt your shoulders. These are the best of all worlds and have been a God-send for me. They are natural looking, cool, soft, light weight- but have enough volume to sit well and not slide up in your bra as easily as most. I’m 5’3”, 175 lbs and got a size 9. I am also ordering a size 7 for swimming. I know how much trial and error there is finding something that works after surgery. These are definitely worth a try. My best solution to date!

Light weight and comfortable. Not as light as my other breast forms but still light weight. Looks well under clothing and fits easily into pocketed bras. After a few hours I feel little pressure against my chest wall but only after many hours at work. The material is durable and I only hand wash and air dry to maintain the shape.

As a 10‑year breast cancer survivor who ultimately lost the battle to save my breasts after 10 surgeries, I wanted to give a truly honest review. I decided to try these prosthesis inserts after many years of going without, and here’s my experience. The quality is excellent — they’re extremely well‑made, soft, and shaped beautifully. For that alone, they deserve five stars. But for me personally, at 118 lbs and very used to living flat, they felt heavy and out of place. I think part of that is simply because my body has adjusted to not having breasts, and with my frame being so small, the difference is very noticeable. This is absolutely one of those products where the experience will vary from person to person. If you’re looking for something well‑constructed and realistic, these are a great option. They just weren’t the right fit for me, but the craftsmanship is undeniable. The attached photo is me with no prosthesis!

I'm an 18 yr. cancer survivor. I've tried so many prosthetics for swimming. This is THE absolute best one I've ever had! Comfortable, lightweight. I highly recommend this to anyone struggling to find the right fit!

I recently had a double mastectomy and needed a solution to give me back some form in my clothes. I bought 2 of these and they were nicely packaged. Very good quality, soft but firm, and fairly light weight. I was able to insert these into a bra pocket (also bought on Amazon) and they fit great. I bought a size 5 for a "B" cup look. Because of how flat I am, I like that the back of these are not concave (curving inward), but rather convex (curving outward). They are also comfortable to wear and do not shift at all. I would definitely buy again. NOTE that the price includes only ONE so if you're like me, you'll need to purchase two.

This may work for others, but it fell out of the bra several times when I tried wearing it. The size was okay, but the shape felt awkward and didn't stay put. I'm also concerned (after seeing and feeling the fabric in person rather than the online pics) how well it will hold up to cleaning.

It's a little heavier than I thought it would be, but it's well made, and it's the perfect size.

Sopra le aspettative, ottimo!! Utilizzato per un wk alle terme, la protesi pur essendo traspirante non trattiene l'acqua, è leggera ma non galleggia. Ha tenuto meravigliosamente anche le temperature della sauna e bagno turco. L'unica accortezza sarebbe quella di mettere un piccolo punto invisibile al regiseno, o utilizzare reggiseni con tasca ma è solo un consiglio per muoversi con disinvoltura. Pur non fermandolo è stato eccellente!! Purtroppo per comprare una quarta, ho acquistato una terza e una quinta, sembra non esistere le misure pari.. seconda, quarta.. Comunque rimane un prodotto eccellente!

I've usually been wearing 36B & 38B prosthetics (2 different cancer-related breast removal procedures on each side gave me an uneven chest surface) and went with a number 1 & a 3 in these. I knew they'd be a little undersized as I was looking to go a bit smaller, but these are much smaller than I thought they'd be. They are, however, very well made so I still give them 5 stars. Also wash easily, I use the tag and a hook to hand dry on a shower caddy. If you had a simple mastectomy and look at the chart the sizing is pretty accurate. For a full mastectomy with lymph node (partial or full) removal definitely go at least one or even two sizes bigger than the chart as there will be the concave indent on the chestwall to fill in as well. Update a few weeks later: I bought another pair so I don't have to keep swapping them between bras. I just love them! Best thing, for me, over the traditional, heavier & more 'life like' ones is wearing these in a sports bra doesn't geel like I'm wearing a backpack on my chest, much less stress on my shoulders. Because, let's face it, real boobs don't hang from our shoulders. They're part of our body and the mechanics of hanging the heavier (albeit more realistic) fake boobs from your shoulders to emulate real ones puts a lot of stress on your muscles and tendons.

I have purchased many expensive breast forms after mastectomy but these are by far the best. Perfectly weighted, keeps shape, quality item. Fits v comfortably in bra pockets to give natural shape. If in doubt go up a size. I am a good C cup and whilst size 3 on size 5 was slightly better/bigger. At this price get both ! Highly recommended.

These are so comfortable for all-day wear! Nice and firm, and the mesh prevents me from getting too sweaty like my old ones did. They’re also holding their shape where the other brand I used to get always wound up flattening out. Highly recommend to mastectomy gals and trans women. Very impressed with these!
